Abiola is responsible for evaluating and implementing TASM Sports Agency division's administrative infrastructure. She coordinates and prepares the majority of the Sport Agencies employment contracts and the invoicing of clients.
Abiola is responsible for the recruiting policies for TASM female divisions. She markets TASM agency services to potential clients and is responsible for market research for the company.

Abiola is a law school graduate of the Guilford Business School in London.
As the Vice President of Operations for TASM her role is to implement cost-effective operational strategies for the company.
